Organizational Goals

2024

First Year

Establish a clear mission and vision for the organization.
Build a dedicated team of volunteers and board members.
Register the organization and ensure all legal and financial structures are in place.
Develop the Foundation website and social media platforms.

2025

Second Year

Create a network for members to connect, share stories, and offer support.
Expand fundraising efforts, including corporate partnerships and public donations.
Develop a Sponsorship Program, reaching out to businesses and individual donors.
Organize community events to raise awareness and celebrate rescue swimmers' accomplishments.

2026

Third Year

Build relationships with potential employers and institutions that can provide opportunities for members.
Organize an annual event to recognize scholarship recipients and high-achieving members.
Continue the Sponsorship Program, Education Award System, and Member Highlights.

2027

Fourth Year

Begin planning and fundraising for a Memorial to honor fallen rescue swimmers.
Implement an annual event to honor and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
